nanoACQUITY Columns and trap columns are the previous generation of columns for nano- and microflow LC-MS applications. They are being replaced by the new generation of ACQUITY UPLC M-Class columns: Higher pressure rating (15,000 psi/1,034 bar) enable higher flow rates and thus shorter run times and higher sample turnover. M-Class Columns are compatible with nanoACQUITY UPLC systems.
