The carpet is set into the machine in dextrarotatory and it presses on the button. Then pnomatic lid lock keys the lid by pulling. If the lid is not locked totally, the machine does not work. When the machine begins to work, brake opens and begins to turn inner mechanism. If the carpet does not open and the vibration exceeds the regulated degree, the machine stops automaticly by making brake on. The machine continues to work after the carpet is made flat. If there is any problem during the working, the machine brakes and secures itself. When the machine works normally, digital time relay becomes on and stops the machine by braking. After the machine stops, squeezing lid is opened. PLC control panel can be used as well.
