Dans ce contexte, Waters ne proposera plus de correctifs ni de nouveaux éléments pour le pilotage IEEE par les versions Empower sorties après Empower 3, Feature Release 5, Service Release 4. Par conséquent, le pilotage des instruments par IEEE ne sera plus pris en charge dans les versions Empower ultérieures à la version 3, Feature Release 5, Service Release 4.
